1. Scope of Services
Ryan Gath Electric offers a range of electrical services, including installation, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services. Please note that certain services or specialized tasks may not be covered; these will be discussed with you beforehand.
2. Quotations and Estimates
Quotes are based on an estimate of labor, parts, and travel costs. Quotes remain valid for 30 days and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes. We will always inform you in advance of any cost revisions.
3. Service Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We kindly request at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Check/Credit Card (3.5% processing fee) Bank Transfer (1% Processing fee). Payments not received within 30 days may incur a 1.5% late fee per month.
5. Warranty and Guarantee of Workmanship
Our workmanship is backed by a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers labor but excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors. Manufacturer warranties may apply for any parts provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing safe, quality service. However, Ryan Gath Electric is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as losses resulting from pre-existing conditions or client-provided materials. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
7. Customer Responsibilities
We ask that you provide safe and accessible working conditions and notify us of any potential hazards. It is your responsibility to obtain necessary permits or inspections unless otherwise agreed.
8. Health and Safety Compliance
All services are performed in compliance with relevant electrical codes and safety standards. We are not responsible for any hazards or damages resulting from failure to follow our safety recommendations.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services if there are unsafe conditions at the job site or if Terms are violated. If termination is necessary, charges will apply for work completed to that point.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Should any dispute arise, we will work to resolve it amicably. Disputes will be governed by the laws of State in which electrical work is provided.
11. Privacy Policy
